Sexual dysfunctions affect many people and can have both physical and emotional causes - osteopathy offers a holistic treatment approach that specifically addresses structural, fascial and organic connections in the body.
A normally functioning pelvic floor supports the pelvic organs, is able to tense up to ensure continence, to relax when watering and when defecating, reflex to tense in abdominal pressure-increasing activities (cough, sneezing, Lifting), and relaxes or relaxes during sexual activity.

Orgasm disorder
In the osteopathy of the genital area, the inner thighs, the groin, the pubis, the uterus from the outside and the inside, the uterine support braces, the tissue around the clitoris, the sphincter and the G zone are treated. The oxygen supply is restored (body parts that only get warm slowly, have too little oxygen), the nervous supply is optimized (erotic feelings need functioning nerve connections). Muscular and fascial tensions and blockages are loosened (erotic feelings arise more easily, if the woman can let go of her body). Painful memories can be released and released. The depth and intensity of the treatment as well as the choice of the regions to be treated are based on the symptoms and on the readiness of the patient
Sexual aversion through blockages
Osteopathy is a holistic system that includes the findings of classical medicine as well as manual complementary medicine / physiotherapy. Through gentle touches, the osteopath treats the musculature and the ligamentous apparatus, the organs and the nervous system. It releases blockages in the body that are physiologically related to the symptoms. The mobility and tension of the musculature and the organs are harmonized, and an unrestricted circulation of blood and lymph fluid is sought.
For example, treatment of the sacrum, which is associated with the neural supply of the pelvic floor muscles, can bring relief to the entire genitourinary tract.
The BetterPelvi Pelvic Floor Chair
Our pelvic floor chair strengthens and tones deep pelvic muscles with proven results. A strong pelvic floor doesn't just reduce bladder leakage—it prevents organ prolapse, lower back pain, digestive issues, UTIs, loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, and reduced sensation during sex. Traditional Kegel exercises target surface muscles through controlled tensing and releasing. BetterPelvi uses high-intensity electromagnetic waves that penetrate up to 8 cm deep, activating every muscle cell to directly reshape muscle structure and trigger efficient pelvic floor growth. The pelvic floor sits deep in the body—electromagnetic waves are the only way to reach it effectively.
How does the pelvic floor chair work?

The pelvic floor has three essential layers:
- Pelvic diaphragm (inner layer)
- Urogenital diaphragm (middle layer)
- Sphincter and erectile muscle (outer layer)
The outer two layers respond well to manual training. The innermost layer, however, is made of smooth muscle fibers (muscles you can't voluntarily control) and ligaments that suspend your internal organs and connect to the lumbar spine.
This inner layer supports up to 20 kg of organs. Its function is so critical that voluntary control would be dangerous—just as your organs work automatically, so does the innermost pelvic floor layer. That's why regular exercise can't train or restore function to the inner pelvic floor. Electromagnetic treatment is significantly more effective than standard exercises or electrical stimulation alone. BetterPelvi uses revolutionary HI-EMT technology (high-intensity focused electromagnetic field) to stimulate the motor neurons that control pelvic floor muscles.
It triggers repeated hypercontractions of the pelvic floor muscles to rebuild pelvic strength and endurance in both the gluteal and urinary systems. The pelvic floor contracts spontaneously at the physiological maximum tension limit and holds it—usually just for a moment. The effect of hypermuscular training exceeds maximum voluntary contraction tension. HI-EMT technology stimulates powerful pelvic floor contractions sustained over several seconds. Motor neurons are activated to generate approximately 12,000 muscle contractions, engaging the entire pelvic floor and comprehensively improving muscle control.

Benefits
- Tightens pelvic floor muscles: Reduces and prevents urinary incontinence and lower back pain.
- Rebuilds strength post-prostatectomy: Essential for men recovering pelvic floor function after prostate surgery.
- Boosts pelvic floor circulation: Better blood flow supports overall pelvic health.
- Enhances sexual wellness: Stronger pelvic floor improves libido, performance, and satisfaction.
- No surgery required: Strengthen your pelvic floor without invasive procedures.
- More effective than Kegels: High-intensity stimulation delivers faster, stronger results than manual exercises.
- Stay fully clothed: Complete sessions in your everyday clothes—no changing required.
- Zero downtime: Walk out and resume your day immediately after treatment.
